That's similar to me. /r/MLS is my top and /r/CTH was my second, I had created /r/ChapoTrapApartments just before the quarantine.
But I have not received any arbitrary suspensions. The only time was when I called the /r/conservative mods "The stupidest motherfuckers on this website" in reports on like 10 posts in like 3 minutes.
I had a lot of karma from CTH, but also normal places. I created a new sub right before CTH went down and mine didn't get banned.
