The article all over the place while trying to cast a dark shadow over China's economy, but also saying completely contradictory things.

Oh no there's deflation in China, while most of the petro-dollar world is experiencing inflation! This is very bad for the world and China, but it might help reducing inflation around the world a bit, so maybe it is good too?
