    Um actually saying water can be dry is revisionist as Stalin himself used "dry water" as an example of something that is impossible.

    A diplomat's words must contradict his deeds -- otherwise, what sort of a diplomat is he? Words are one thing -- deeds something entirely different. Fine words are a mask to cover shady deeds. A sincere diplomat is like dry water, or wooden iron.

    If there are two water molecules than each one is wet because of the other. If there is one water molecule than it isn't wet. The end.
