If I'm permitted to be somewhat silly (or nausea-inducing), I can imagine there will be a few 'dedicated' gamers interested in this, as I genuinely know a few people who wear garments to ensure that they can play games non-stop, for hours on end, without any toilet breaks.

I wish I was but I'm honestly not joking.

How tf do people do that. I have to get up at least once every couple hours. Not just for pee but just because.

if you know someone like this and you haven't even attempted to stage an intervention then you have failed them in a way so profound that language may not be able to express it

If you intentionally shit your pants to keep gaming it is not a hobby. It is an addiction.

Wearing a stillsuit because my gaming rig makes my room to 100 degrees and I'm too addicted to gaming to get up and take care of basic bodily functions

Gaming should treated the same way opiates are treated but worse. It's an addiction but on top of that inherently antisocial. Think about all of us who grew up gaming and have poor social skills. Maybe spending our formative years in an antisocial reactionary subculture, staring at a screen on teamspeak without the ability to see anyone's facial expressions had something to do with it. At least crackheads socialize in person at the crackhouse.

I hope in 50 years we'll view ipad babies the same way we view giving babies cocaine and heroine today.
