It's like, they thought if they just propped up the old guard with enough amphetamines they could squeeze another decade out of them, but now they're dropping like flies. Now they actually have to come up with new candidates who have broad appeal yet don't piss off the donor class, which will be possible albeit a pain in the ass for them. My money is on Booty Judge getting pushed hard in the new few decades
