    That’s the other funny thing. They think writing cursive is some mythical skill that isn’t known by literally everyone. I love schooling people who think young people can’t write in cursive by always asking them if they can drive a manual. They often can’t and I find it funny when they act like because they can write in cursive that they somehow are better than younger people. Being able to drive a manual is always what you can bring up with that bullshit

      I think they've caught onto that one. The most recent batch of minion memes I saw had a bunch of stuff about how 'this generation' has a panic attack if you ask them to drive stick, define 'woman', or go without their phones for five minutes.

        I’m sure some do but it seems many old people can’t. I’ve had people make jokes about cursive who they themsleves couldn’t drive stick. It’s just something I find ridiculous
