I read the twitter thread and there were some other people arrested with her. I thought that the name Shameka Parrish-Wright sounded familiar. Sure enough, she was on an episode of the Trillbilly Worker's Party talking about bail reform, etc. I thought she was really impressive at the time, which I guess is why I remembered her name. Have a listen.
This is just a warning to every progressive politician, either you join our suit and tie meetings with the powerful elite and get rewarded with some management position after you're no longer of use, or you engage yourself locally and get involved with the working class in which case we will compromise you with any means necessary.

Total coincidence that exactly these outspoken local people are being arrested and charged. Totally not a fascist police state.
Yup. They're going to do their best to intimidate and shut people up.
