Lib Dems have about fifty policies at any given time, three of which they make a lot of noise about and (if they ever get the tiniest hint of power) zero of which they'll actually implement. They've been Britain's third party for almost a century now and have mastered the art of promising things that sound plausible but they a) don't actually want to deliver and b) couldn't deliver anyway.
