The meat to bone ratio per wing is dreadful, and they also leave your hands a greasy sticky mess

    It's like eating crab you have to work for it. But what about the mini drumsticks? Those are the preferred part of the wing. It's the other part of the wing that sucks.

      The flats? Just eat them correctly. Twist the wing so the 2 bones separate then slide the entire thing in your mouth, bite and scrape all the meat off in one fell swoop. Google how to eat chicken wings.

      Growing up we'd get whole chickens (incl. Head, feet. Basically something slaughtered, drained and de-feathered that morning, fairly typical in China) to eat and my grandfather would get upset if we left any meat on the bones. Good times.
