While I suspect Twitter is doing all these things, that screenshot was most likely fake. It's more likely that existing word filters were altered (which would be inside the closed source for twitter) and that the moderation team has been culled and replaced with like-minded sycophants.
I'm surprised how long it's lasted, honestly. I do wonder when the scales of legality become tipped in a way that causes campaigners\PACs to sue Twitter directly for interference in their operations.
I don't think there's any grounds to sue, given the US legal system's veneration of the right of private companies to do basically whatever they want.
Florida even passed legislation to prevent social media companies from banning users or deleting posts containing political speech. The Supreme Court sent a case about the law back to the lower courts this year.
Right wing legal groups and politicians cared a lot about this subject when Trump got banned from social media. Now that there are several right wing social media sites, I very much doubt that our court system will allow anything to be done about this.
