So what does she just have PCOS? Is she intersex? I don't get it. There is nothing in what I can find that she's trans, but she apparently has high blood concentration of testosterone (unlikely this would even be the case if she was on HRT).

IIRC The IOC's rules are that even cis women have to have T within a certain range. That's what got a cis female runner DQ'd a few years back.
