In her last campaign, undertaken at a time of millenarian expectations on the left, the phrase “Kamala is a cop” probably hurt her. But at a moment when the Democratic Party wants to memory-hole calls to defund the police, some who were once turned off by Harris’s record as a prosecutor are thrilling to her law-and-order case against Trump. Her pop culture fluency is delighting Democrats who’d either never known or forgotten that politics can be fun.

Well before there was serious talk about Biden dropping out, queer influencers had started memeing Harris into icon status; on the Hard Fork podcast, the journalist Casey Newton said a friend had made him a Harris-themed coconut tree T-shirt back in February. That meant that when she became the presumptive nominee, there was already an online repository of affectionate Harris content waiting to be remixed and made viral.

And the more it went viral, the more Democratic voters emerging from a carapace of dread wanted to be part of it.

    LIBs did that. And if her team wants to keep trying to manufacture her queer rights stuff I will keep countering ih how she stepped on queer votes and queer rights to crown herself obama-medal

    top-cop Kopmala used her Kop influence to expell chelsea-stare who was nominated for her sacrifice in exposing the Empire's crimes and insert herself as Grand Marshall of SF Pride so she can get an accolade to the top.

    Her entire carrer has been santos ing and using subvertive influence with her sorority to increase their own prestige.

    Now she's trying to use the capitalist-woke A-list well to do's K-hive / Hillbots to manufacture consent about her or give her bonefides. I do believe she is fine with queer people, but I don't think she will do shit about the states criminalizing queers and their allies. California was a safe space by practically default on that anyways and obviously she wasn't able to push Biden to give a damned during his administration either.

    This will not be memory holed.
