It's probably not going to start WW3 but it could end up having much bigger ramifications, depending on how far the conflict goes and who else gets involved. But that mostly depends on how bloody the conflict gets.
It also could just end in a ceasefire in which nothing really changes and they go back to just pointing their guns at each other and waiting for the other side to fire.
Neither of those countries has nuclear weapons, and the conflict is unlikely to spiral out of control the way that Iran vs USA or China vs India or Pakistan vs India easily could.
Edit: obviously it's not good that there's war between Armenia and Azerbaijan, but it won't affect you or your material conditions unless you live in either country (and even then only maybe).
