I've got two off the top of my head:

First is that the design of the USB drives needing to be oriented up or down was the result of a minor cost cutting choice. The inventor regrets it because it wouldn't been easy made so that USB drives were reversible.

Second is the abundance of pointless SEO stuff on recipe pages. It would be a cool opportunity for the creator to add a personal touch to the recipe page beneath the recipe, but they pop in first along with ads and suggested links. And they're so frustrating to navigate that they had to incorporate a 'jump to recipe' button.

Most products are practically the same and actual innovation is pretty much nonexistent. Couldn't find any decent desks at 25-27 inches, however there are millions of 24x48in at 28in+ height. A lot of height adjustable desks don't even go that low because shrug-outta-hecks

Same with "mmo/moba" mice, most have the massive 4x3 numpad on the side and maybe 1 extra button on top. There is one that has a much better design but it has a widespread problem with hardware failure. When I used trackballs the most coveted one was the microsoft explorer that released 20 years ago because every other company's design was just straight up worse. It took almost fifteen years for a worthy successor to get released even though there was a period where people were exchanging used explorers for $200+.
