      It'll def be killed at the supreme Court. They just had a couple lawsuits like this where they got tossed out because it "didn't impact consumer prices" or some bullshit like that.

      Or was it the FTC basically saying that you can only have a monopoly if it's raining on a Tuesday on Mars
