I’d honestly be surprised if it’s that and not outrage from parents being like “You attacked my child how dare you”
Wow maybe you should’ve listened when literally everyone except for like 3 weird rich people were screaming “Don’t call the cops, the last time Columbia called the cops it was a disaster, you’re going to ruin your career if you do this”
Also ignored everyone who said “don’t go along with Elise Stefanik’s little congressional university president witch-hunt”, much less totally debase yourself in front of her. They will not see you as one of the “good ones”, they will just smell blood in the water.
Pretty sure she's resigning because of the ruling that was immediately miconstrued by the media as a ruling against blocking Jewish students from attending class.
