Rights are still being rolled back. It doesn't matter that "he tried" people's freedoms are being taken away. This is extremely serious, and has zero room for excuses like you and the article are trying to make.
No one will give a fuck that "he tried" to stop marriage equality from being overturned; if it happens then he already was not "trying" hard enough. He (and Democrats in general) needs to put his foot down and start removing justices if they continue to make people into 2nd class citizens.

For instance, Texas has consistently refused to follow the orders of the Biden administration when it pertains to the border. What would you expect him to do in that scenario?

Food prices and the costs of living have continued to rise and will continue to rise under Biden, and he will offer no meaningful change in that regard.
