Good point. However, I just found it very fitting since there is just as much evidence that China tried to hide the virus then there is for it "going away soon, you'll see". Honestly, my view of China changed dramatically since the pandemic started. I was gobbling up CIA propaganda about China because it neatly fit into my sinophobic worldview.
