And I'm taking Poison Ivy off the table. Too easy. I think I'd go with The Penguin, mostly cause that just seems like normal crimes.

    Was there any Aeon Flux comics? 'Cause Trevor in that show was sort of marxist-leninist at times and Aeon was basically an anarchist ultra.
