    Left Russia because of the state pushing him out of VK for resisting orders over users involved in the Maidan thing in Ukraine, went thru special French naturalization for billionaires just to get arrested there.

    I just assumed Telegram was some NATO aligned thing from the start, whether this joker knew it or not. I guess that wasn't entirely true.
