I have a big head. My hat size is an XXL. I've tried a few different N95's and they all fit tight and are uncomfortable. Does anyone have recommendations for N95's for big heads?

IFM N95 A105 maybe? They’re fold style, so they’re similar to a KN95. They work well if your job involves a lot of talking. The elastic straps are on the thin side though, but in my opinion they hold up better than 3M Aura elastic straps, which seem to snap more easily. They do kind of dig in after a while, just a warning.

If you're masking regularly, rather than the disposables, you may want to consider one of the elastomeric? I've been contemplating the Flo Mask myself.

Edit: specifically because they tend to have adjustable straps that would probably work better for you.

I have to buy hats at the Big Hat Store (it's a website).

    I've been rocking 3m v-flex 9105s in size large.

hmm. I have more like an xl size head, and have really liked gerson 3230 duckbill respirators. For me all other ones I tried (mainly kn95 ear loop styles and 3M aura) all were more uncomfortable and wouldn't stay on my chin. The gerson ones are truly disposable though, I usually only get a couple uses out of them before the straps break. But they're thin, very breathable, and cheap, so not a big deal

See if there is anything useful here:

Unfortunately those seem to be earloop style masks though.

The 3M 6200 (elastomeric half facepiece respirator) is available in different sizes. I have the medium and it fits me ok, so you might see about a large. This type of mask makes you look like Darth Vader so I tend to save it for special occasions.

I've had pretty bad luck with the Gerson 3230 since they fall apart rather rapidly. I bought a box of 50 and still have a few left, so if you want, I can probably send you a couple to try.

I do like the 3M Aura 9205 except for the rubber straps, but again, they are sized ok for me and might be too small for you.
