    I don't know if they still do this, but I checked the ingredients on some legal edibles in Colorado several years ago, and the first one listed was "Love." The second was "high fructose corn syrup."

      Well I guess if you're breaking one federal law you don't care about breaking another (you legally can't list love as an ingredient according to the FDA).

        This was shortly after decriminalization, so it must have still been the Wild West. I'm sure it was still illegal, but I saw it before this ruling in 2017.

          I remember eating a weed cookie before the 10mg edible limit and i couldn't leave the couch to get water

          It's still illegal federally (I think), and the FDA is also a federal organization. So while weed is legal in some states, the FDA rules wouldn't really matter because those are federal. Break one federal law, what's another?
