      Right? This shit would be hilarious if it wasn't so grim. How many non-white people are there even in denver, like 7?

      I've only seen like three people arrested since i moved here and, shockingly, 33% of those people were black despite black people being some ridiculously tiny fraction of the population in this metro.

        I just recently visited Denver, and oddly Aurora, a couple weeks ago and got the exact opposite impression. It looked like there were a ton of minorities in the area. Especially the amount of shops selling ethnic food and the like. As you drove down Broadway, you could see it change from like Hispanic to Korean to Greek I think it was.

          Yeah, like Denver metro isn't as diverse as a lot of cities, but Aurora has housed some of the more diverse areas for like a generation. A lot of immigrant communities have landed there in the last 15 years too.

          Aurora's also huge geographically though, so impressions might be different depending on what part of town you stay in.
