On Oct. 2, USCIS issued policy guidance in the USCIS Policy Manual to address inadmissibility based on membership in or affiliation with the Communist Party or any other totalitarian party.

I actually don't know how big of a change this is from previous policy. During the cold war you had to sign a piece of paper saying that you weren't a communist if you wanted to travel to the US.
Then they just demonize you on tv every night 👍
i wouldnt want to move to amerikkka anyway but doesnt this mean that "commies" can get exiled or just thrown into guantamo?
