Every morning I walk down the stairwell and see a fresh puddle of dog piss in the same spot. Sometimes there will also be a fresh pile of dog shit too! Mercifully none of our neighbors have dogs that bark endlessly but that was a fucking plague in the building we used to live in.
I think this opinion is shared by every dogless person who has ever lived in an apartment complex.

I sure did love living in a wood apartment building built circa 1960 with 3 (THREE) big ass dogs directly above my head at all hours of the day.
