I like slicing it thin, brushing it with oil and baking- usually I slice before marinating though.
but I bought this tofu that is in a marinade in the packet
I think it will still work! If it help visualize I kinda slice it like I'm making bacon strips
what would you use tofu prepared that way for after that? I've only done pretty basic fried rices so far
I use it in sandwiches directly! I like making BLTs with it, or throw them in a wrap with other stuff.
