I think they're racist enough to want worse things to happen, whether they're ok with making up obviously fake stories is more a matter of how intelligent they are
I guess "racist enough" is a bad phrase here. It just requires a level of self acceptance and self awareness of your racism I feel like. But maybe if they're just really dumb that works too
