It's actually, can make copies of body parts bloom somewhere else.
She can make her ear appear on someone's shoulder to listen in on conversations, or make a net of arms attached to a cliff to catch falling objects, but she NORMALLY just uses it to straight up murder 100s at a time by sprouting her arms on enemies backs and breaking those enemy's necks....
If you've never checked it out, it's pretty creative. There's lots of tragedy and comedy. It's legitimately well written.
I can't recommend the cartoon though. Go manga and live action. The live action catches the feel pretty well. The cartoon is garbage
Why are that ladies hands so big??
Oda cannot draw women, the closest he can get is a homunculus with booba larger than her head and a waist approaching 0". The hands are a side effect.
Her power is to make hands appear (its a lot cooler than it sounds but I am an anime enjoyer)
Post timeskip she can also make her feet appear lmao. She stomps a bunch of dudes to death
I can take off my gloves too where's my anime?
(seriously though what does making hands appear mean?)
After eating the flower-flower fruit, she can cause extra arms and hands to "bloom" from her body
Aah thanks!

Hands can instantaneously grow out of your shoulders to grab your neck and snap it, as an example
Terrifying!

Might be her Devilfruit powers? Idk, I fell off around the desert arc and refuse to catch up on the past decade plus.
