I think there are a lot of voters, many of whom are well informed, who don't view politics in either an ideological or even personality sort of way, who also view being non partisan as important.

The entire metric by which they vote for someone is did this group make my life better over the last 4 years or not? If yes they vote for them, and if no, they then ask did the other guy piss me off recently to determine if they'd vote third party or not.
