I guess just pay more attention to who is horny posting and what that horny posting entails in Hexbear. It's very rarely cishet awooga posting and more often queer expression that crosses an unclear line. And then it gets shouted down because omg volcel police and omg expression of queer love is bad or something I guess. I don't know it's not clear most of the time and it just feels like someone got uncomfortable because they had to see an expression of queerness they didn't understand rather than because someone is actually being harmfully horny.

If we had an issue with cishet awooga posting then sure but we don't and the anti horny calls are mostly just attacking queers who aren't even being particularly horny.
