It’s also possible to coordinate it along multiple Reddit accounts(posting and upvoting eachother’s posts).

Vote manipulation will get you banned, not to mention if you do this, you already posted proof of intent, which is probably all they need to complete a scenario case that previously may have only been "suspicious".

Is it maybe possible for multiple people to use the same account?

There aren't any hard stances/rules about this AFAIK, but I wouldn't be surprised if they ban you.

can I give anyone who is interested the password

It's better to not rely on having to trust others, but one option you have is to use https://nuxtit.netlify.app/ then sign in, but before clicking "Complete Sign In", give the URL to one person. They'll have most functionality of the reddit user but cannot change the password or delete the account. It's better to keep the number of people you give this out to be a minimum so you don't trigger some kind of spam/lost account feature that might shadowban you or auto-suspend you.

so that we can post 24/7.

It's kind of unnecessary, everyone having their own account is fine. Probably a better idea would be to let users submit to a form where you would click a delete button or a button that applies the watermark then posts to subreddit. Adding scheduling/queueing is good for that too. Tumblr might be a good GUI for submitters if you don't want to write your own front-end, then you could manually xpost from that or write a bot to add the watermarks and post. Tumblr and Reddit generally have the easiest APIs to use.

Yeah, I'm not sure we really need to set up a vote manipulation conveyor belt when that could lead to a ban/complete blackout of links entirely. I don't think the growth is terrible, the watermarks will help, but even if it was, wouldn't it be simpler to pitch in to hiring a PR firm on the side rather than openly saying "we will break your rules, please stop us from sharing these links"?
