This problem isn't just black people to be fair, these systems fail students if they are reading the test questions outloud to themselves. The whole thing is fucked from top to bottom.
Or if they’re ADHD and look around constantly, or if they close their eyes while they’re thinking, or if they misclick or alt-tab on accident. The racism is the most egregious and directly harmful wrongdoing here, but this is horrible on all kinds of levels
