I love how Nintendo can vaguely describe a system and then prevent anyone else from ever doing something similar in their own game ever
I don't know how anything about Pokemon is patentable. If they actually copy character designs enough I think that's just a copyright issue. Fuck Nintendo is always a safe position.
its not a trademark issue, its mechanics. some people suggest its the ball catching system, some of the mounted actions or monster storage system.
