I wanna do the whole watermark thing but dont know what you ppl have made or what you have stolen repurposed from somewhere else (let's be honest it's at least 80% twitter screenshots anyway).

If you make something new tag it OC so we can watermark it and post on reddit and shit to grow the site (seems a bit lame to be precious over memes but maybe this is just how you do propaganda in 2020).

Now go forth comrades to the content mines so that we may recruit more souls to our noble cause!

Watermarking isn't a display of ownership it's a display of advertising where it was from. I don't see it as an issue and this sounds a little like an ownership of property argument issue. Who cares who made it?

Yeah I guess, it just doesnt make a great argument for chapo.chat if it's the same reposted memes from everywhere else. If its stuff that originated here then it's like 'come to chapo.chat for more of this good shit you wont see anywhere else'

Stop trying to make this place Reddit.

Maybe we shouldn't found ourselves on stealing content and then watermarking it as our own.

Ownership of content and production by the community post-release is a key component of our ideology unless you're a socdem lib. This is a non issue.

Next you're going to be making arguments against piracy.
