This really isn’t my thing, but I thought some of you may find this amusing.

It's easy to forget these guys put the "gangster" in gangster rap. They were gangbangers before they got famous with a lot of them using money from criminal activity to fund their entry into music. Puff's dad was involved with Frank Lucas and was likely one of the guys on Frank's payroll smuggling heroin into the US from Cambodia via Air Force cargo planes.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if Puff was doing dirt before he was an intern at Motown.

Facts though; I still hear stories about the Actual BMF to this very day. I don't know how much I buy "Kanye was really out here tryna save Taylor" but I can absolutely buy "Combs was the clean-up guy for the Black Capitalist elite"; especially where it intersected with those supposed paragons-of-excellence's missteps w/rt Aaliyah for example. I keep thinking about how the Nation of Islam has the Fruit of Islam or whatever that group is called that basically serves as the forceful arm-- wouldn't it stand to reason that the Boulé operate the exact same way?

Fruits of Islam, ye (I think they're still active and that's allowed because the NoI went to shit lmao). Cleaners and fixers have been around for as long as there have been people with power. That's what Epstein's job was. You don't get to be a billionaire like Jay Z and Beyoncé without being into some unethical shit. There's no such thing as an ethical billionaire.
