but ADHD is also when hacking your 3ds takes 15 minutes because you're hyperfocused and you've already done 17 hours of indecisive research in the last 5 days
and then you get banned from online services because you pirate an unreleased game and forget to turn wifi off
then you just lose your 3ds and never see it again
This has nothing to do with adhd. Normal people also get interested in stuff, do a bunch of research and complete complex technical things.
It took me less than an hour to install a Linux distro on my work computer after I got laid off, and now I can't bring myself to install a less demanding version of the distro, since the current one slowly turns my screen purple. I'll get to it at some point.

yeah i did like 3 weeks of prior research, switched to a secure version of firefox, and then had to fix all my passwords.. the prep work definitely takes a long time if you are unfamillar with internet safety or piracy like i was. Tomorrow I'm gonna look more into getting the DS and GBA libraries on my 3ds, but for now im just gonna play the games I can already access
