It literally never does. It says critical support for their anti-imperialism and definitely opposition to any attempt by american to push imperialism when in opposition to Russia but at the end of the day we want him toppled and communists in power again.

We absolutely do not want him toppled for a neoliberal ally though. He's better than another ally to the US.
