People sometimes struggle with the idea that rhetoric in the capitalist west might be completely different than that in a former Soviet republic. A cynical politician here will criticize his opponent by calling them a communist, there cynicism might serve using old party lines, especially if you're trying to get support from an older generation that lived under the Soviets and might be fond of that era.
Not saying any of that is necessarily the case in this situation, but it is something that needs to be understood when doing any kind of media criticism.
The funny part is that they are critical of Biden and the democrat saying that they only support policy only to get voted but they cant make the same analisis with other countries.
