What would a use case for crap like this even be? If you are in a military operation you have supply lines and bases nearby etc. Worst case you would drop them from plane, like if the army gets encircled or something. Why would you need a rocket to deliver weapons? The only case that enters my mind is arming insurgents. But even with insurgents, terrorists and non state actors, there are still contact people and deliveries.
I mean, Titanfall is a cool game, being able to request a supply drop in any country and have a weapons system delivered directly to your combat zone in an hour is a pretty dope idea. Though I doubt they will be able to deliver on it.

Most military actions are planned well in advance, having a huge rocket announce that you're up to something probably isn't ideal
