Weekends are great days to make big meals like soups, casseroles, pastas, and other long lasting meals. Helps you get through the week by always having something you can hear up with little effort: makes it easier to tell your depression to fuck off about ordering takeout. I might try branching out into some soups like those, usually when we want spice we just make curry but that looks super good. I keep seeing big pieces of corn on the cob in pictures of it, is that just instagram silliness or is best to eat it that way?
