I posted a photo of Harry Tuttle, but it was taken down because they thought it was a photo of Harry Buttle. It is correct, though, the algorithm knows best
The vast majority of moderation is automated. Facebook handles such a large amount of traffic that they can automate 99% of it and still employ dozens of moderation teams full time.
