I think Andrieh Vitimus covers stuff like that in a couple books. Was it like chaos stuff or more "traditional" magic? Also worth looking up the DKMU books.
ehhhh, he liked stuff like hakim bay, moore and tweeted about chaos a bit. Also taught me a bit about Shamanism
