    diet/exercise

    Haven't stress ate in a while, meal prepped veggies/pea soup/beans for the week. Starting to come together nicely and while I do feel lacking some days I'm starting to see this as a new normal. I can keep this up for the long term and I'm not gonna burn out.

    I exercised 3 times last week mostly trying to do negative pull ups/dips, my theory is while weights good my body weight will go down to adjust for exercise as I also diet. There's also the feel of being a kid again climbing shit as I work against my body weight so that's fun
