A few years ago, they lost a lawsuit about how stores would make non-white employees work in the back while white employees got to work on the floor getting commissions. IIRC there were internal documents about blonde haired, blue eyed people having "that All-American look" and people not fitting that description should be scheduled to do other tasks (like working in back sorting boxes).
