advertising sets off an almost physical response in me—i can barely be in the same room as someone if ads are blaring. what mystifies me is how little it seems to bother some people. work breakrooms are a particularly bad place. few even mute the ads and meanwhile i'm practically vibrating in my chair trying not to shriek lol
