States across Europe and East Asia are closing nuclear reactors and replacing much of their electricity-generating capacity with offshore wind energy. Socialists should embrace the growth of this industry — and use green reindustrialization to fight for well-paid, stable jobs.
ah yes, nonrecyclable single use plastics are the future. got it.
no, i'll stick with nuclear and hopefully fusion research will reach 1:1 in this century
Engineers: nothing is safer, more reliable, and more energy dense than nuclear. We need it for the future.
Libs: but have you considered ignoring science and continuing to use petroleum based products while also propping up neocolonialism for lithium and other rare earth metals?

pawns of the oil lobby. the fact that germany is going to denuclearize is a travesty for all of mankind
I'd rather take the yearly rad worker max dose for 50 years than catch covid. Once tbh. And you are right the thing that makes nuclear dangerous is they are essentially one off designs from the 50s built in the 70s and being maintained 50 years later (at the end of their expected lifespans.... Next gen reactors literally could never do a chernobyl or 3 mile island or fukushima
Could you elaborate? What does that have to do with wind power?
the wind turbines blades are made out of plastic and fiberglass
