Try using a moisturizing soap like Dove. If you don't like any of the fragrances they have unscented Dove, that used to be my go-to for the dry winter months. I've used it all summer bc of the pandemic.
You can try wet wrapping for really intense moisture. You can find a tutorial online but basically you put on a thick layer of lotion, wet and then squeeze out a cotton glove (i just use a sock and keep my hands in fists so it fits), and then put plastic wrap or a rubber glove on top and go to bed like that.
This helps my severe eczema in the winter so it should work :)

Burt's Bees Almond Milk Hand Cream works wonders for cracked hand skin. So do the cortisone hand creams for eczema.
