(Or best relative to size I guess, so the answer isn't just McDonalds)
I think that might be the winner. It seems like none of the other weird theme restaurants visit the pacific northwest at all. (And by none, I mean I checked Margarittaville, Bubba Gump Shrimp, Medieval Times, and Rainforest Cafe)
