      Yay sleep! Is it anything special you can reward yourself with? When I was trying to fix mines I would reward myself by walking to the cheap cafe and buying a coffee if I woke up by a certain time. I really liked to be there so it motivated me to start waking up earlier.

      Even though my eventual goal was to stretch in the morning and bike to work, it was just the getting up earlier part that I had to cement first.

        I reward myself with having the time to make myself tea! I do this type of brewing originating from China that is a beautiful little ritual that takes 20 minutes, and feels like such a gift when I can do it.
