Trump is filling his cabinet with people who are, like himself, clowns. They are very evil clowns but they are clowns nonetheless, they will put on a show, do really silly stuff and the people will look at them and point and laugh.

And while people are distracted by the clown show, all the big and small Eichmanns of the initial machine will have peace and quiet to do evil shit but in a boring way.
